Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Eligible Cases for Return/Refund

• Wrong item delivered.
• Product delivered in damaged condition.
• Material defect reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video evidence.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

• Used, washed, cut, or altered fabric.
• Claims raised after 7 days from delivery date.
• Minor color variation due to screen/display differences.
• Customer-side sizing/usage mismatch after purchase.

4. Refund Process and Timeline

• After request review and approval, refund is initiated within 5-7 business days.
• Refund is credited to original payment method where applicable.
• For COD orders, refund mode may be bank transfer after verification.
